Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy, simply browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments via RBS worldpay or Paypal. We can also process your payment over the telephone if you would like to mailorder the item and check the instant availability.
From time to time the stock availability may be incorrect due to an item being sold in our retail store and the site not updated at the time of the instore transaction. This is a rare occurance, however should this happen we will contact you immediately and offer an alternative product or process a full refund.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Shipping And Handling
Orders received before 3pm will be processed for next day delivery if the service has been selected at the time of order. Orders received after 3pm will be sent the next working day.
If you place your order after 3pm on a Saturday, the order will be dispatched Tuesday due to the store being closed Sunday / Monday. If you have a specific delivery schedule outside of these time frames contact us by telephone.
Delivery charges in the UK for all orders over £25 is free of charge (exc. Channel Islands)
We will notify you within 48 hours of placing your order if the goods are unavailable, we will advise on availability or an alternative, or issue a full refund.
Delivery outside of the UK is charged at £15 and delivery may take up to 28 days, once posted we will inform you of the tracking number and proof of posting. |
Delivery Schedule
We will dispatch your order as per you request on placing your order, our next day courier service is operational Tuesday - Saturday for next working day, if orders are placed on after 3pm Saturday, Sunday / Monday the order will be dispatched Tuesday.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock at the time of order, we will contact you and advise of delivery time, offer an alternative or issue a full refund.
We never back order any items without your agreement that you are happy to wait for the product to come back into stock. |
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. |
Credit Card Security
RBS Worldpay and Paypal are accepted for all transactions to ensure payments received are secure and non fradulant to guarantee consumer confidence.
We can accept card payments over the telephone for process via our instore streamline card machine. |
Guarantee
All new products are sold with the full manufacturer's guarantee/warranty. When you receive your goods, you must register your purchase by returning the registration card (if applicable) as instructed by the manufacturer. |

Returns Policy
If you should wish to return any products that you have purchased you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and indicate the reason for return and obtain a returns authorisation number.
The goods should be returned in the original resaleable condition.
Depending upon the circumstance of the return we may charge a 15% handling fee however this will be indicated to you on receipt of your authorisation number.
We are unable to refund any delivery charge to you that you have paid to return the goods to us unless they are deemed faulty or subject to a warranty claim. |
