Shipping And Handling

There is a standard shipping charge of £3.95 on all orders placed for delivery within the UK. Any order value over and above £100 will be sent free of carriage charge

We will notify you within 48 hours of placing your order if the goods are unavailable, this will place the goods on back order unless we receive instruction to cancel the goods from the order.

Delivery Schedule

UK mainland orders will be delivered in 2-3 working days, (i.e. excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), following receipt of cleared funds. If you have any specific delivery issues please email us at: info@thechaos.co.uk, before you place your order. Orders may take upto 28 days to be despatched in exceptional circumstances.

We do accept returns however these will be subject to a 15% handling fee, and only with prior agreement, and a returns authorisation number.
