Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, it is also possible to pay by cheques please make these payable to "Option 50/50 Ltd". We also accept Paypal payments. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card / debit card information via phone, or post or make secure payment online.

Shipping And Handling

Orders will be released for delivery on receipt of confirmed cleared funds, and when our security and fraud prevention procedures have been implemented. Please allow 7-10 working days for cheques to clear.

Delivery Schedule

UK mainland orders will be delivered in 2-3 working days, (i.e. excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), following receipt of cleared funds. If you have any specific delivery issues please email us at: info@thechaos.co.uk, before you place your order. Orders may take upto 28 days to be despatched in exceptional circumstances.

We do accept returns however these will be subject to a 15% handling fee, and only with prior agreement, and a returns authorisation number.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
